Author Vasiliev.
Presumably the 19th century.
Oil on cardboard (probably).
Size 64.5 x26 cm

State of so-so, a lot of scratches.

Can be sold, the picture is an old and carries the spirit of the time.

I would not bother with the restoration and selling of dollars in this way for 300 - 400.
