Very similar to the Vladimir school, but this signature I have never met.
What about this picture even know? Can get the author to determine.

In my opinion, this picture is more expensive. Here unknown painting of the kindergarten in 1000 $ and above rated, but it works for 40-50 years. Your work is "younger" and the author is unknown, but 10000 rub. clearly not enough ...
