good idea.
Proceed from theory to practice.
Bought one work on paper, gouache, mid 20 th century, the size of the tetrad sheet.
I bought it for the reasons:
- Good
- The artist sitting at his desk in the classroom by Kandinsky at the Bauhaus.
- Hopes + dreams
Topic dug, historical references brought. Famous for its pleasure at this, but it gradually subsided, and emotions do not matter.
Here ...
Prompt please with any lice and how now, or ever, this work will rise in price?
Not only me, it seems that it is easier to play regularly in Sportloto or on the run, exhaust will be more .

Metaphysical pan.
Generally, as can be collected in the hope that go up ? Schizophrenia kind. Or spend money or make money.
sergejnowo, it is not about your case, but generally about the formulation of the question.

This is the expression to fish in troubled waters. Because we have high level of culture that some citizens quickly realized how beneficial. Vystavkomy filter and leave something that is necessary for turbidity, our auctions run off and submit to the sale of allegedly the most-most, etc.
I showed how to create a specially Drouot choice, so we have this very opportunity. Select a range of prices and selection. Amateur should be able to choose and pick. The auction is based on the possibility of a chance Rembrandt. If this is not possible and no price increases and collections.

This academic work. Of these cases in the planing and tons of others too. Academic work can rise in price only because of the name of the creator if the creator of the famous artist, that there is creativity ieto milestone for this creativity. And prietom price minor matters, depend on the interest for this period of creativity.
Collectors in the west are beginning to collect almost child artists. collected in large quantities and for cheap. If someone breaks through the entire collection is justified. Buy no more than 100 $. And plenty of those. So, that buy until the artist is young and unknown and inexpensive, as he said Shchukin.

This art is called fraud. A whole legend that is promotion. So sell. And in England, too, by the way as there with taxes?

Very interesting in this sense, the history of Impressionism. The first buyers were pure altruistic and genuine lovers of art. Renoir has often nostalgia. They do not even want to sell before his death, but were proud that they were right in their choice.
In general, prices are zavlekalochka, then pride of the collection.

I do not think the relatives collectors received from this "moral satisfaction", even if miraculously managed to stay alive.
As for the "mechanism" here does not need to invent anything, only to turn to experience the oldest of the developed countries of Great Britain. Whose laws are so loyal in the sense that London has become a Mecca for collectors, outplayed Parizh.Vyvod one for the State did not bother writing to live stupid laws aimed only at the extortions and prosperity of corruption, help the market self-organized, to become transparent and sane. Then people will have an interest in collecting = knowledge and culture.
Citizens whose chairs sold at auction long ago escaped and taken to soboy., and sometimes glossed over the crimes were. The Twelve Chairs is a year? 28-31. But the auction-fact. Once again, as there is in London with the taxes on this matter?

Well, in the worst case for small $ in the 50s - 70s years.
Why so many? You forget about the schedule, and today a man with an average income can collect a wonderful collection, including the forefront. Altman - 10-15000, Kandinsky - 40-50000, Goncharova - 10-15000, Chagall can be found in 20-30 000 dollars and etc. And then there are the cheaper sector - the lottery products, where tens of thousands of dollars can be collected completely a decent collection, which, moreover, will go up at the same rate that the collection of grave cloths.

And you can learn - in what amount is calculated that "median income" and in what country?
Speaking of the lottery product, you have one view - modern foreign or Russian authors and publishers who are not saddled with a claimed circulation.

That is very interesting! Why do you think that the need for collecting revenue. Why can not itself a collecting feed and why you think that they have more income? Simply we do not have a system enabling the implementation of the normal prices. Why do we have and they have different levels of prices?
