I think that 1880 - to modern. Center, most likely, a kerosene lamp, and it was invented only in 1850-ies. The style reminds me sometimes Scandinavian "national romanticism" with decor elements "Nordic style", especially in the bracket candlesticks (see attachment). He is not whether the Swede was that Goran (Göran?)?
