alexandr86, is oil on canvas?
I have two Italian fishermen with the same caps, the same time, watercolor. Signatures Italian.

Well, still a good idea to observe the rules of publication in this section (size, technique, and so on ....)

now found one, but it's watercolor

FAIv, you know I'm not familiar with the technique, etc. I can only say that the picture size 22x27 cm behind the picture there are no inscriptions. Like canvas, like butter ... but not sure I will not lie. The name of the artist, or at least the style of the era ... anyone can help? what thoughts may come?

alexandr86, read "Berti".
The databases are more than a dozen, still not very well known, little data for comparison.
In appearance the character is drawn exactly on the Netherlands.
Probably Italy or France.
