Interestingly, it is simply an active public relations, aimed at ensuring that Russian buyers draw on their auctions, or all the same they have any far-reaching plans for entering Russia art market ...

I think that the auction might not require a Moscow marketplace and local art vacuum cleaners, which should draw masterpieces with the local market. I understand that the export of paintings abroad with all the attendant zamorochkami (expertise, insurance, customs and transportation), they should take. And the cost of this, of course, deduct from the final sum payment of the owner (well, of course, not forgetting their interest). And maybe even just take the money for services.
