Keel with a sail looks like a toy, it is clearly superfluous. Fence in the background a little too thorough: near to the water timber with a height of a house. This is somewhat spoils the impression. And the rest - and very personal. Even some "bubnovaletovost" in sight. At the time - the end of 1940, 1950. But houses are not Russian. Western Ukraine or Belarus?

So what? Works of art because the property "movable". Won by the same AI Kravchenko, whose paintings are exhibited, who lived in Russia, in the collection were engravings by Durer and Lucas van Leyden, although the first created in Germany, and the second - in the Netherlands.

Kravchenko, a schedule, the master of woodcuts, engravings collected, yes.
He met in his time with Professor Chayanov, who himself was a renowned collector of prints and author of "Old West paintings and engravings. A brief guide to museum work, in 1926, the first experience of the Soviet promotional book about the engraving, destined to form" local "museums and novice collectors.
Kravchenko and illustrated book Chayanov, but not on the economy, of course, but his literary works, "Fantastic Stories botany X". Which was never published.
Yes, there were at Kravchenko in the collection and Durer and Cranach, and Boat, and Raimondi, and Aldegrever, and Luke Leiden.

a little story that is believable.
Rivers are known bottled, so close to the water does not build. Especially premises for agricultural animals.
Scott himself from the water can not save, and the microclimate with higher humidity promotes the development of basic bacterial diseases. Judging by the trees there is no wind. A sail ......
