It seems to me that the picture painted in 1908, someone from the circle, shall we say, Zhukovsky or Byalynitsky-Birulia.

But the artist is quite dependent, emulating masters.

Motive is not very original meanders of the river on the right is drawn rather helplessly.

But overall the picture is quite nice, albeit modest artistic merit.
