Painter, graphic artist. People's artist of Ukraine (since 1974). Rod. On April 22, 1924 in Novgorod - the mind. July 26, 1994 in Kharkiv. Invalid of the great Patriotic war. Finished KhSAI (1945-51), where he studied under M. Deregus. A member HO CFS since 1956. Participant of Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions since 1952. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv, Kyiv - 1976. Laureate of the state prize of the USSR. T. G. Shevchenko (1977).

The picture "October" was exhibited in the Central exhibition hall in Moscow in honor of the opening of the 27th Congress of the CPSU, that second picture L. A. Nasedkin on the Leninist theme, the first - known "In the days of October" was awarded the silver medal of the USSR Academy of arts and is now listed at Lugansk art Museum.
