Dear experts help identify the artist and at least roughly the cost of painting (not sure if they are worth anything.)

You searched for it on the internet, unique not found?

The very first picture is shot so poorly and vaguely, that nothing of it can not be said for the lack of her play, so to speak.

You probably have a mobile phone shot.
Rezkoti no.
To remove the offline camera in direct sunlight.
Do not use the flash.
Do not rush.
Shoot with a tripod.
Take a few shots, choose the best one.
