Latvia is not 100%, not the landscape , we have no such dunes on the shores of water bodies (especially the first job ). If you believe that this is exactly the Baltics , it can only be Estonia. They only use of the Baltic states the letter "W" in his letter of the alphabet and they use this as a time for writing some of the names. And in your case , if my sight does not change , the signature of the first job begins with the letter W.

Before the war , the present territory of the Kaliningrad region belonged to Germany and part of the Curonian Spit - too.
