Myl'nikov Andrei Andreyevich - Russian Soviet painter, graphic artist and muralist, teacher, People's Artist of USSR, academician of the USSR Academy of Arts, Professor.

Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet on 26 February 1990 Mylnikov Andrei Andreyevich awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor and the Order of Lenin and the gold medal "Hammer and Sickle» - for great contribution to the development of Soviet art .
More than 50 years has been teaching at St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Ilya Repin, manages the studio of monumental painting in the same place, and since 1963 - and Arts of the USSR.
