Default Where to restore the icon?

I have an old icon, a legacy from her grandmother. So I guess it's either 19 th or early 20 th century. But it has damage to the frame. Can it be restored and where? Ideally would have to orient, how much it might cost, at least approximately.

Yes, and generally curious, how much can cost such an icon. It is unlikely that I did, of course, will sell, but its approximate present market value of interest. And more interesting, grow in value whether such an icon and at what pace.

The photo of the icons will put a bit later (I have it in another apartment, and tomorrow I will go, photograph).

cayman,
I would not trust old family icon restorer of some private and not very well-known firm. I think it is better to apply to the same Grabar, and even better to negotiate directly with a sort of museum restorer. IMHO, of course

There should be a question to restore or repair.
This is essentially two different procedures and evaluated differently.
You can simply show the specialist advice that it
        do.

I also have this icon, and also think about how to refurbish it. But look restaratorov probably will be still in the ROC.

Thanks for the link. But I will explain why in the ROC: the icon for me - not just an old, though valuable board, and many more, especially since the icon namolennaya. Therefore, the identity of the restorer for the Orthodox - a question of principle. http://www.icona.ru/
