The fact of the matter is that in return we get nothing. Picasso exhibition - is not an exchange, a gift from France in the year of France in Russia.
In my memory I do not remember a single painting by Picasso in return for a share of our export supershedevrov. And the fact that they are such, no doubt. Or Guernica brought and I missed? Or a tragedy from Washington? Any finding out the museum is the potential loss and risk. You know, sc paintings by Van Gogh burned by fire? In particular, some of the sunflowers.
