   An amazing coincidence! In Russia, ending a year of France, and in the heart of Moscow, in a house that was built just after the War of 1812, the gallery Expo 1988 on Oct. 1 a new season. And it starts with the art project "The Great French journey."
   Knowing the passing event in the gallery on the street Zabelina suddenly discovered that there are lots of great artists, old friends and regular contributors of gallery exhibitions that are as devotedly loved France. And not just love, and fix their love on the canvas.
   In fact, everything happened, of course, not suddenly.    Whatever it was - the project "a big French tour" literally begged on the gallery walls. The result - two months of continuous picturesque France, 9 weeks of exhibition, 9 artists .. Dictate the order of: Konstantin Sutyagin, Igor Kamyanov, Hope Krestinina, Alexander Shevchenko, Janna Yakovleva, Olga Pluzhnikov, Galina Bystritskaya, Maria Schmidt, Anastasia Slepysheva. Each of his solo exhibition at length in one week will present its own vision of France.
   Those who keep coming to the exhibition in Expo 88, knows that all these artists have a very important property - their pictorial language is recognizable. And he is absolutely at all different - from the almost naive Sutyagin and Krestinina to the powerful oil Bystritskaya expression or, conversely, almost intimate miniatures Pluzhnikov, of which, like the mist, there is a cozy atmosphere of Parisian cafes and boulevards. In

The main thing for artists - to catch a moment, that unique moment when in one place suddenly all fits together: light, incredible colors, shadows, movement and, of course, the unique nature - vast expanses of Normandy, Brittany, Paris, of course.
    The beauty of these places encourages taken not only by the wrist, but his pen. And our artists, followed by paintings often appear to explain his love for the beautiful France.
