Ferber Victor (1908, Rostov-on-don - 1965, Yalta).

Well-known Crimean painter. In 1938 he graduated from the Moscow Art Institute in the class of Professor C. A. Tabor. Participant of all-Union, all-Russian and Moscow exhibitions. The head of the Studio of military artists in the political Department of the Main Directorate of Border troops of the USSR. Personal exhibition was held in Yalta in 1958. Best known in the 1960-ies, as a talented artist whose works were distinguished by a rich palette of colors, bright color impressionistic solutions. The artist's works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, Sevastopol art Museum and many other regional museums of Russia and in private collections.
