Yesterday I was at the State Center for Contemporary Art at the lecture "The Challenge of Picasso." Lab Art "? Stylistic pluralism: experiment and dialogue. The role of Picasso in the art of the twentieth century." Lead lectures - Yevgeny Barabanov (art critic and historian of Russian philosophy and literature, theology).
Tell an interesting, although the profession of art critic slightly reflected in the monotony, but thanks to the numerous illustrations passed to cheers. I liked that explains in simple language accessible and understandable even for beginners (by the way, it was probably 40 people).
Personally, I was curious to see the numerous illustrations of Picasso's creative periods, and at the end Barabanov shown in chronological order, about 100 pictures that would definitively establish the consciousness of the development of creative ways to master. The artist he really was a genius, in 13-14 years drew such pictures, to the artistic performance of which the majority of today's far, far away.
