Dear Gentlemen! Help identify the author of the Politburo of the CPSU (B). Job 1952. Canvas, 130 x 210. And if possible, help with the approximate cost. I see something special and the amateur, but nonetheless, it is our story, and it has its price.

I tried your picture in a graphic program to process, so the signature can help to understand .... It seems the name is "Manieva ..." The stamp reads like a "work of H. Manieva ..." More can not razobrat.Hotya after long and careful study, the last letter of the signature is similar to the Georgian lowercase "b "....

Author - Dmitry Nalbandian, the resolution is available.
