Hello,

Bought in France an old Russian book , the beginning of the 20th century , at a cost of discharge of 10-20 thousand rubles. Under the law, obviously , refers to "cultural values". We'll have to write the declaration at the airport upon arrival in Moscow . Who has experience of similar situations , tell me how should behave with the customs. After reading many articles on the Internet came to the conclusion that they catch for incorrectly specified value of the goods . Should I inflate the cost be? What additional documents may require ? And the most important question - how long it takes the whole procedure , if the book will assign to the "cultural values" ?
