Someone had already encountered, after July 1, with the new rules send the goods for personal use in international mail (ISA)? I understand, all mail is not taken forward cultural values.

Since the start of the July 1, 2010 the common customs area increased frequency of individuals on the rules of shipping goods for personal use of international mail (IGOs). These standards are defined by the "Agreement on the procedure for moving goods by individuals for personal use through the customs border of the Customs Union and the perpetration of customs operations connected with their release" (hereinafter - Agreement) and operate in all countries of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

During the calendar month to one consignee of a natural person in the customs territory of the Customs Union, IGOs can send the goods, customs value not exceeding the equivalent of 1000 euros, and the total weight does not exceed 31 kg.

If you exceed these standards provided for customs duties on a flat rate of 30 per cent of import value, but not less than 4 euro per 1 kg of weight in excess of the valuation rules 1000 euros (or) weight of 31 kg.

Fees for indivisible goods, regardless of the customs value and weight collected in the form of aggregate of customs payment

Urns with ashes (ashes), the coffins with the bodies (remains) of the dead are moved without payment of customs duties.

The agreement also identified a list of products for the personal use of prohibited import and export from the territory of the Customs Union. In addition to the products of this category to be transmitted to the MPO are prohibited:

 

alcohol, ethyl alcohol, beer

any type of tobacco and smoking mixtures

any weapon (their parts), ammunition for them (their parts), structurally similar to civil and service weapons products

radioactive materials

cultural values

goods are subject to rapid deterioration

Live animals except bees, leeches, silkworms

plants in any form and shape, plant seeds

precious stones in any form and condition, natural diamonds, with the exception of jewelry

narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, including in the form of medicines
