Regarding the first signature. They can make out only the first letters: "E Foi ...". The website www.artfact.com you can find the names of artists, starting with "Foi". Here they are:

Alas, only one name, and then the second starts on E: Adrien Eugène Foix, 1924. So the author of your first picture can be attributed to "unknown artist". Note that your picture is too "fresh" look at 300 years of age.

Signature on the second picture I could not read, but you can yourself go to the mentioned site and do a search. Date, in my opinion, is more like 1897. Good Luck!
