"In 1972 was demobilized from the Soviet army. From 1972 to 1974 he worked at the studios. Gorky prop maker.Since 1972 after serving in the Soviet Army was engaged in drawing and study of the history of painting. Since 1976. worked in a tire plant in the Department of technical aesthetics as a muralist, combining work with studying of art of different countries and peoples.

The most profound impression on the worldview of the artist the Impressionists and post-Impressionists, as well as examplesince-the fauves,primarily van Gogh, Paul Cézanne, Gauguin, Edvard Munch and other artists of the XIX and beginning of XX century. With 1972.began to walk in the open air, by studying the surrounding world, nature and man through art.

Since 1977. started working as a painter under the contracts. Has traveled as an artist all the Central areas of Russia, performing exhibition complexes of billboards. In his spare time he studied painting. This period lasted dog. From 1989 he worked in the Church of St. Mitrophan of Voronezh artist mosaic. From 1989 to 1996 he worked at the Church of the Savior Transfiguration artist - mosaiclike the Central temple.
