About the artist: Kuzmenko Vladimir Stepanovich (1913-1982) The painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR. Graduated from the Rostov art College. Participant of the great Patriotic war. Honored artist of the RSFSR. Participated in regional, Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions.
