Paul Platonovich Boyko , who was born in the village Konelsky Farms Cherkassy region. He graduated from the fine arts department of the Lviv Higher Military Political School in 1969.
Honored Artist of Russia , Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation , member of the Union of Artists of Russia . Since 1991 to 1998, led the War Artists Studio named after MB Grekova .
PP work Smartly located in the Central Museum of the Armed Forces, the Museum of the Navy in Hamburg Germany , the Central Museum of the U.S. Navy in Washington, at the Brussels Royal Museum of Military History in Belgium Russian Art Gallery in Pretoria ( South Africa).
The artist has participated in many Russian and foreign exhibitions. He is the winner of the Second All-Russian Festival of Folk Art , as well as laureate Heinrich Tsyugelya (FRG).
