Rouses Charyevich Charyyev (August 28, 1931 - February 18, 2004) - Uzbekistan's an artist. People's Artist of Uzbekistan, Academician of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.

Biography

Born in 1931 in the village Pashhurt Sherabad region Surkhandarya. He studied at the Institute of Fine Arts, Sculpture and Architecture named after I. Repin in Leningrad.

In his works Rouses Charyyev to create images of ordinary workers, contemporaries. Created series of portraits of famous representatives of the Uzbek culture and science.

Many of his works are stored in public museums and galleries in the U.S., France, Italy, Russia, India and other countries. Rouses Charyyev was one of the few Soviet artists whose solo exhibitions were held with success abroad.

Rouses Charyyev for many years worked at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.

Rouses Charyyev supports talented young people from disadvantaged families, some of his students lived in his house.

Charyeva awarded honorary title "Honored Artist of Uzbekistan", "People's Artist of Uzbekistan", awarded "El-yurt hurmati".

His works are full of light and goodness. Simple movement of the brush he could convey any mood and emotional state of the human soul. Rouses Charyyev created a portrait of his homeland, its unique nature and wonderful people, as well as their contemporaries - writers, artists, scientists. That is why opened at National Arts Exhibition, in commemoration of the artist, called "Land and people of Uzbekistan".
The exhibition, which has become a kind of excursion into the history of art Rouses Charyeva, organized by the Center of National Arts Fund "Forum of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan". It accounted for 60 paintings and drawings, executed by the master in different years, many of them saw the very first time. Basically this little-known work, presented the artist's family Charyeva, as well as from private collections.

Rouses Charyyev was born in the mountain village of Uzbekistan Pashkurt Surkhandarya. As a boy he was in his own way to discover the beauty of his homeland, filling it with art special content. His entourage - it is the students, independent artists and literally not related, but I feel the attraction to the fiery sincerity Charyeva, the value of its dedication, the passion of art. "Guys, this is brilliant!" - He exclaimed. Great is his role in the formation of many painters, such as Bakhodyr Jalalov, Sagdulla Abdullaev, Azamat Khatamov and others.
- I'm always in my life met wonderful, bright, good people, and one of them Rouses Charyev, - said in an interview with UT People's Artist of Uzbekistan, Academician Bahadir Jalalov. - He had a unique ability to instill confidence in people, a foundation he laid in me.
