" The history of the artistic life of Saratov second half of the twentieth century would not be complete without a story about fate and work of one of the faithful servants of Fine Arts , which was the artist Vladimir Afanasevich Shtokalo ( 1924-2012 ) . At the exhibition in Museum-Estate VE Borisov-Musatov presented landscapes, sketches, sketches , drawings, created almost half a century of his work.
Vladimir Afanasevich Shtokalo born September 12, 1924 in the village of Novo- Ivanovka Kabardino- Balkar ASSR . Lots of enthusiasm and began to draw Vladimir still a preschooler .
