On Wednesday, December 11th at 16:00 in St. Petersburg in the Marble Palace ( RM) will host an exhibition of the St. Petersburg artist Vladimir Yashke .

Vladimir Yashke - St. Petersburg underground legendary character , well known as the grandfather " Mitkov " because he is the most senior members of this famous creative movement . However, few know that Yashke became an independent , bright painter long before he met Mitkovskaya brethren . Yashke continues to work and now , mostly for himself and his individual recognizable manner marked by unfettered freedom of writing and close attention to the key for painting of the twentieth century, the problems of color and texture . Works of Vladimir Yashke stored in the Russian Museum and other museums , as well as in prestigious private collections in Russia and abroad. The exhibition dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the master, will feature more than 100 works .
