Born in 1925 in the city Pjatihatki, Dnepropetrovsk region, Ukraine.
1943 -1945 GG participated in the Great Patriotic War, was awarded medals.
1953 - Graduated from the Faculty of Arts All-Union State Institute of Cinematography, Moscow.
Since 1953 - lives and works in Kaliningrad.
In 1954 - adopted a candidate member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Since 1958 - Member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1992 - Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
From 1954-1967 GG - Member of the Board of Kaliningrad organization Union of Artists of the RSFSR.
1960 - participated in the zonal, republican and All-Union exhibitions, exhibitions of works of artists from Kaliningrad in the cities of Poland, Lithuania, as well as in Moscow and Leningrad.
1963 - Trips to the Atlantic.
In 1967-1981, 1998 - 2004 GG - Chairman of the Board of Kaliningrad of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR and Russia.
1971 - Awarded the Order of Labor Red Banner.
1976, 1992, 1993 he - Trips to Finland, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark.
1985 - 2005g.g .- solo exhibitions in connection with the 50 -, 60 -, 70 - ,80-birthday at the House of Artists, the Kaliningrad Art Gallery and Historical and Art Museum.
 
In his works, MG Pyaskovsky supporter of the traditions of Russian school of painting. Thematic paintings, portraits, landscapes, still lifes easy by name and traditional in their motives, but always compelling observational fidelity, sincerity, attitude to life, sound to the audience experiences.
