Coachmen Victor E., Cafe at the Cathedral, 1999, 96 x 81 cm, oil on canvas /oil

He was born in 1960. In Bryansk. In 1991 he graduated from the painting department of the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Ilya Repin, and then graduate school at the same institute. In 1993, Victor was a scholar of Russian-Norwegian artistic center in Kirkenes. He is a member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists of Russia.

By Victor Yamschikova stored in the museum's collection of gifts Putin (Constantine Palace), in the collection of St. Petersburg, as well as other museums and private collections in Russia and abroad.

In his work joined the French impressionistic mood theme with traditional Russian painting.
