The church icon Exaltation of the Cross . Canvas, duplicated on the board , the Russian Empire . SPb. , Academic school , early. XIX century.
Materials: wood, canvas , oil.
Size: 68 x 68 cm,
Board thickness - 2.5 cm
Origin - This image , according b.vladeltsa likely was in Kazan Cathedral St. Petersburg. until its closure in 1932.
( Properly exercised academics painting : VK Shebuev , A. Egorov , A. Ivanov , F. Briullov, S. Shchukin , OA Kiprensky and others.
Most now kept in the Russian Museum ).
In good condition, no restoration.
Price - negotiable.
