Vyacheslav G. Kubarev was born July 12, 1931 in the village of Kochevo Yaransk district of the Kirov region (Russia). His father, George N. was sent back to the chairman of the farm including dvadtsatipyatitysyachnikov. And then the family moved to Gorky. Here Vyacheslav graduated seven classes and enrolled in the Gorky Art School. In the third year (1950) was called to the fleet. He served five years in the Baltic Fleet sailor.
