Default "New Old Masters" in Dnepropetrovsk

December 20 an exhibition of "Old New Masters" in the Art Museum of Dnipropetrovsk. The project is conceived as a kind of Paul Gudimovym dialogue between contemporary artists and craftsmen of the old school was launched in the summer in Lviv.
Gudimova quote : " American critic Donald Caspian 15-20 years to write the article, which marked the emergence of a wave of" old New Masters ", that is, new artists who use the technique , which we all know as the Renaissance technique , baroque art , in other words - the classic . but they write works on contemporary subjects. that is , these artists are representatives of modern art, but working in the old techniques. "
How successful idea - look, I thought that even if certain talents work are embedded in a hurry inherent contemporary artists to a priori due to the desire to sell ( Xia ). Pleasant exception - Alexei Kolesnikov, gouaches .
