In the third photo signature "P. Tsigus" (was this).
As I imagine his work Pine and Birch should belong to him.

Size 27h37 cardboard.
On the back of deed of gift inscription and the year of 1899.
The inscription was made in Soviet times, so I do not ruchatsya year.
