Painter. Honored Artist of Russia (1999).
He graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts of the USSR (1945-1951). worked in the field of painting, mainly in the landscape genre. Member of the Union of Artists - Russia since 1954. He taught at rxy (1951-1953).
Was chairman of the Gorki Union of Artists of the RSFSR (1965-1967). Member of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945gg.
Exhibitions:
since 1952 - a permanent participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor Area ("Big Volga", 1967, 1970, 1974, 1985, 1991, 1998, 2003), republican (Moscow, 1957, 1990), art exhibitions.
Solo Exhibitions:
1982, 1989, 1999. - Bitter - Nizhny Novgorod,
1977 - Luh, Ivanovo region,
2007 - Art Gallery of Liberty, St. Petersburg.

SP Tumakova works are in art museums of Nizhny Novgorod, Luha (Ivanovo region)., Ulyanovsk, at the Museum of the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
