Yesterday was the opening of the exhibition-contest "Man and Space" in the exhibition hall MGAHI them. VISurikova (Lavroushinsky lane. D.15).
Received a great pleasure. Exhibition - a real holiday children's imagination and creative freedom. Very bright and positive. A lot of really talented guys.
That's decided to share the experience.

The competition was attended by more than 50 educational institutions in Russia: art schools and colleges, academic lyceums art. More than 250 people submitted their work to the contest. Work was estimated in four categories: painting, drawing, sculpture, decorative arts.
Organizer of the competition - the Russian Academy of Arts.
The competition was held from December 2010 to April 2011 with support from the Moscow Institute. VI Surikov and St. Petersburg Institute. Ilya Repin. Information Support - Magazines "Academy" and "Art School".
Honorary chairman of the jury:
Zurab Tsereteli - President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People's Artist of Russia.
Deputy Chairman, the curator of the contest:
Shepelev Leo V. - Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People's Artist of Russia.
The jury consisted of his daughter's first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin E., daughter of chief designer of spacecraft, NS Koroleva, representatives of the cosmonaut corps of the country, famous artists, DD Žilina, AA Lyubavin known art critics, members of the Russian museums, the leading masters of fine arts in charge of the creative unions, Glukhov VA, Kovalchuk AN Khudyakov KV.
