We only know that it is original.
Help to understand what kind of painting, who's the author?

Artist - Hungary or, less likely, Romania. Surname most likely begins with "Nagy". In all, more or less well-known artists of that name signatures are different from the one on your picture. Its low level of painting. So, to identify the artist can only be accidental. Try searching on the auction site www.nagyhazi.hu - there is an extensive archive over the years with images. Maybe you're lucky.
