Eugene Spiridonovich Logvinenko was born in 1944 in s.Volodarskoe Kokchetav region (Kazakhstan). He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Art College (1964), Art Academy. Ilya Repin (1975), Lecturer - Zaitsev. Member of the Artists CCCR 1978. His works are in the Art Museum of Dnipropetrovsk, the museum of modern European art "The Dragon Museum of Art" (Taiwan), in private collections in Britain, Germany, Holland, France, Austria, Taiwan, Japan, Mexico and Canada.
