Not a masterpiece, of course, but would not say that really bad, I agree with Eugene.
Indeed - I think the author has some sort of special training. Do not Ax, of course, but perhaps even art school .

I saw a lot of work from artists with huduchilischem behind, but worked mainly designers or teachers of children's studios and clubs.
