Default Help identify the author and the cost of painting (presumably Ivanov)

Hello!
Help, please identify the author and the cost of painting. In the lower right corner of distinguishable two letters - "NA". Supposedly, it was Ivan.

This assumption is probably related to Alexander Andreyevich Ivanov (1806 St. Petersburg - 3.07.1858)., Implying his painting "The boys on the shore of the Bay of Naples." (TG)

And why Ivanov, and not any other name starting with "I"?
Picture a modern, quality is not worth anything, the theme of doubt.

Picture a modern, quality is not worth anything, the topic of questionable.
Her contemporaries had to die a hundred years ago, and the quality of normal, the more recently was cleaning one of the restorers of museums. Theme for those times the usual-boys catch fish or crayfish.
Painting bought at an exhibition in Yalta, even before the revolution.

you please do not be offended.
You have two people said that the work of modern.
That is a fact ...
You so-called replica. Work performed on the purified old canvas and outlining the contours.
Ie no characteristic smear on the face of the ordinary "raskarashivanie.
It is sad but true.

What could be hurt? In our family it is more than 50 years. A family of relatives, not less. It looks like a photo, you will not notice the typical smear-modeling. Sorry, but "replica, coloring. Depiction of" the fruit of imagination. And two people or more-so in this case, no index. The picture has a story, I know it well. I appreciate the opinions of others, but in this case ... Most liked the "purified old canvas"! I was interested in the price (it is already assessed and not bad enough specialists, 20 years ago), everything else is known. Wanted to know the current price.
