Signed right I. Polyakov or Tolkachev.
Maybe someone had met such an artist.

The manual mentions Kondakova Tolkachev Vasily. Was born in 1839. Student MUZHV and Professor AK Savrasov. 1863 received from the Arts second silver medal. In 1864 awarded the title of the artist with the right to the rank of Class XIV. Landscape.
