Legeza Viktor Pavlovich 1955-Dnipropetrovsk-1997-Belgorod.
Chairman of the Union of Artists of Belgorod.
Viktor was born in Novomoskovsk Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. He first studied art in night school, then - at the Kharkov Art-Industrial Institute.

Upon graduation, VP Legeza worked in the Belgorod artistic production workshops Arts Fund of Russia, where the design of interiors and exteriors of buildings of institutions, hospitals, kindergartens, museums, places of worship. Served monumental and decorative painting, stained glass, batik, tapestry, macrame.

His paintings and graphic works were exhibited at the regional, zonal, republican, union and foreign exhibitions.

Works are in private collections in Japan, USA, Italy, France, Canada, Germany and Poland.

In the directory "A single feature rating" as the "painter and graphic artist" VP Legeza described as an experienced professional artist.

Viktor shared his knowledge with young people. He taught at the Art School of Arts Department of Belgorod and Kharkov Art-Industrial Institute.

To recreate the historical coat of arms of Belgorod region, searching and examination of archival material on the coat of arms, its artistic representation was established creative team member of the commission on heraldry, which became chairman of Belgorod and the Union of Artists VP Legeza.
