Budkeev Tcherniakov biography: Born December 23, 1922 at pp. Ovsyannikovo newly-developed areas of the Altai Territory. Education studio.
Graduated Kansk military flight school Novosibirsk Infantry School. Member of the Great Patriotic War, was severely wounded at the Kursk Bulge.
After demobilization he worked in Biysk drama theater artist-decorator. Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War First Class, the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, First Class, other awards.
Member of the Artists Union of Russia with 1961. In 1971-1975, he was elected chairman of the Altai of the Union of Artists, was a delegate to the second and third congresses of Union of Artists of Russia, fourth and fifth congresses of the USSR Union of Artists.
Painter. Works in the genre of thematic landscape, portrait and still life.

Tcherniakov Budkeev belongs to a generation of artists for whom nature and reliability of traditional craftsmanship have always been a priority. Lives and works in the capital city of Barnaul in the Altai region.
