In London, 12 and 13 October 2009 auction house Christie's will auction on sale of decorative art and paintings from the collection of galleries, "PopOff" (: D), one of the most famous Parisian specialists in Russian art. Trade catalog consists of 550 works, including porcelain XVIII-XIX centuries, textiles, watercolors, said in a press release, Christie's.
Among the most interesting lots on October 12 auctioneers allocate porcelain tableware, made in 1778 by order of Frederick II at the Berlin Royal Porcelain Manufactory for the Grand Duke Paul Petrovich (200 - 300 thousand pounds), three dishes made in 1760-x on Imparatorskom Porcelain Works commissioned by Catherine II to Grigory Orlov (60 thousand pounds each object), which have no analogues in museum collections in the saucer and cup with lid, made to the coronation of Catherine II (150 - 170 thousand pounds).
Color lots will be sold on October 13. Among them were a portrait of Alexander Pushkin's wife Natalya Goncharova, written by Vladimir Hau (120 - 160 thousand pounds), made by Peter Sokolov portrait of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna (Charlotte of Prussia), wife of Nicholas I (100 - 150 thousand pounds), a portrait Dzhovaniny Pacini, pupils Countess Samoilova, by Karl Briullov (100 - 120 thousand pounds).

Great Russian schedule 19 - th century! Even 20 - go too good! What a wonderful Levitan! (Lot 498) Delight! Pencil, and very succinctly, but kakya live picture! Small masterpiece! Once again convinced that he is a genius.

I also thought that many prices are inflated as well as think about true, I was so taken aback by such a signature on the work of T. Yablonska never seen it so perhaps someone from the forum will tell?
