The picture hardly old and the observed "signs of aging" is nothing if not high quality materials and probably the result of careless storage.
You do not have to worry because artistic value of the paintings, even in perfect condition - zero.

These paintings can not be old, especially very old.
In the old days did not use such colors and such a method of applying them.
