V. P. Bychkov, a sketch depicting a rural street. Oil, thin cardboard, 31,0 cm X 18.5 cm. In the left bottom corner the artist's signature and date – 1914г.; below is an inscription “A. M. Surikov, V. P. Bychkov, 1916.” Work in need of restoration. Belonged to my parents, I remember it from 1960-х. Is located in Kiev.

Interested in selling as is, no restoration. Price: us $ 1,000. USA.

"He lived in Moscow in Ulan street artist Vyacheslav Pavlovich Bychkov. Humble, wholeheartedly devoted to the art of man, he was only in the literature of art criticism. For many years, VP Bychkov was the soul of this amazing exhibition of the Moscow Association, the Union of Russian Artists.

The catalogs of exhibitions of the Union after the name of the artist listed job numbers, their titles: "Bazar", "Volga banks" ... So wrote him once Uncle Gil:
