Please help to determine whether or not this picture is the work of Boris Kustodiev, according to the inscription on the reverse side? The size is OK. 36x47 without a frame. Thank you.

The picture to creativity Kustodiev is not irrelevant. Moreover, this copy is not very good quality, early 20th century. Most likely English or Belgian group portrait of the first half of the 19th century.
