Alexander King was born in 1962 in the village of Kazarkino Kurgan region. In 1981, at the age of nineteen, he graduated from Penza Art College named after Savitsky, class sculpture, and in 1987 moved to St. Petersburg and entered the Art School named after Mukhina to separate glass and ceramics. While still a student at Queens College Penza met with Ivan Sakhnenko - they both studied at the department of sculpture, but both became painters. However, diligent training pattern - an essential part of education sculptor - not in vain. Korolev is able to draw the figure in one motion, insert it into the composition leaf.
Describing his creative method, Queens constantly drawn to the ideas of non-violence and spontaneous creativity. The artist says that the picture comes by itself, without contrived interventions that only dilute it. Therefore, in the work of the Queen of the body creates a strong, vigorous motion. Concise, quick-cut, they can keep the whole picture, but they can also serve as a basis for more complex compositions. When spontaneity reaches its climax, is an abstract painting of the Queen, but in the abstractions of the artist is still alive means, natural forms.
