  Yevgeny Kryuchkov was born in 1961 in East Kazakhstan region in the village Kamenevka Shemonaikha district , at the end of training in Novosibirsk parents returned to his home in the foothills of the Altai, Ust - Talovka , where he spent his childhood and youth.
