What I've read previously corrected photo in Photoshop:
"Hereditary Nobleman .... Member-Secretary, Deputy Assembly .... .... and ... .... Komi Highest Court ....... Nicholas Akimovich"

rolls, even kill, I can not understand where you read "Belevsky" ... you somehow processed photos? .. May be able to lay out here?
