Продам: Michael Roginskii, still life

Hello to all.

I have a picture of Michael Roginskiy , my mom bought it in person , the exact date can not name, but prior to 1979 . Painting size 61 * 49, oil on canvas. Photos attached.

I wondered how much it might cost , and depending on the assumed price, I thought to sell it. I wrote a few auction houses that stupid found in the top Yandex or on this site. Received several responses , which indicated that the value of the painting should be between 400 to 600 thousand rubles or higher ( one message with a proposal to immediately buy it from me for the 150,000 we omit ) . But no one took her to evaluate and put up for sale , I was told that either they do not do so , or simply do not respond.

So, in the end, I would like to sell it but have no idea what do I need to do ... If someone can help me with this , advise where to go - I will be grateful.
